As a partner of the MTB and cycling accommodations, we also offer a lockable bicycle storage room, a washing service for your bike and your dirty clothes, a repair rack and the right tools if you want to carry out small repair works.

Apartments and rooms on the ski slope
Ski-in & ski-out: get up, have breakfast and then go straight to the ski area? Sounds almost too good to be true. But here with us you start directly and without long waiting times or lugging your winter sports equipment towards Sölden's ski area as the ski slope leads right past our house. Even in the afternoon you can reach the front door on your skis or snowboard. We call that comfortable!

Let yourself be pampered and enjoy our rich breakfast buffet: eggs, fresh seasonal fruits, dairy products, cold cuts, cheese, various jams, honey, ... everything your heart desires! Take your time and enjoy our wonderful Ötztal health breakfast. In addition to various coffee specialties, we also offer exquisite teas and fresh fruit juices.
Do you stay in one of our rooms? Then breakfast is included for you. But you can also book the breakfast buffet as a guest in one of our apartments. Or maybe you prefer fresh bread delivered to the apartment? No problem at all: you are welcome to choose from various breads the day before and enjoy them fresh from the bakery the next morning.

In-house train station and airport transfer
Are you traveling without a car and need a taxi to get to Sölden? No problem, because at Haus Stefanie we offer our private shuttle service to the train station or airport. It is available to all our guests in winter until midnight and in summer until 6:00 pm - on request we can inform you about the prices. We look forward to "driving" with you.

We guarantee the lowest price when booking through our website. All apartment prices are per day in the apartment. Exclusive final cleaning fee. This amounts to € 20.00 per person / child and stay. If you stay 7 nights, the apartment will be completely cleaned once, the garbage will be disposed of every other day by our hard-working room fairies. Exclusive local tax. This is € 3.50 per person / per day. Children up to the age of 15 are excluded. From November 1st, the local tax is € 4.00 per person / per day. You can find full details in our booking information.

Dynamic Pricing
The earlier the cheaper!
From the coming 2021/22 winter season onwards, a new skipass price system will be launched for the Sölden + Gurgl ski areas. Therefore the skipass rates are no longer fixed as before but depend on the season time, date of purchase and demand.
According to the motto "The earlier the cheaper!", the new dynamic price model offers attractive rates (up to -20%) in advance, rewarding all those who secure their favorite skipass period in the online ski ticket shop weeks or months in advance. Up to 5 days before the first validity day of the skipass, the ski ticket will always be cheaper in the online ski ticket shop, afterwards (from 4 days in advance) the cash desk price also applies in the online shop.

Thanks to the cancellation guarantee offered (€ 3.00 per skipass day), all ski tickets can be canceled up to 5 days BEFORE the 1st validity day of the skipass. From 6-day skipasses, admission to the 007 ELEMENTS James Bond Adventure World and the Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum is included.
NEW GLACIER TEST CENTER SÖLDEN
From autumn 2021 Sölden offers the unique opportunity of a permanent ski test for end customers. The new GLACIER TEST CENTER SÖLDEN will be operated by local sports retailers and will be open daily from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. starting from 01 Oct until 05 Dec 21 and from 09 Apr to 08 May 22 (depending on the opening of the glacier road). More than 600 pairs of skis from all leading brands such as Atomic | Fischer | Head | Völkl | K2 | Kästle | Rossignol | Stöckli - exclusively the latest models from the top segment - are available for rental at the test center on the Rettenbach glacier. The daily rental price is € 40,- and entitles you to test as many models as you like. In addition to the skis, ski poles, helmets and boots can also be rented at the test center.
